Post Fire work resumed

With the cooling weather of fall the hazardous fuel reduction in the Post Fire projects have resumed. Work on properties in the Klamath River and Tennant have started. Cutting of dead and dying trees and brush are the focus. The material in Klamath River will be chipped and piled while the material in Tennant will be put into piles for future burning. To date 10 properties in Klamath River have been completed. This fall 13 additional properties will be completed by the end of 2026.
