Garrett Hickey is a forestry professional with over a decade of experience supporting sustainable land management and natural resource conservation in Northern California. He brings a strong background in forestry operations, environmental monitoring, and GIS mapping to his work with the SVRCD, where he joined in 2024 as a Project Coordinator.
His experience includes supporting wildlife and environmental monitoring efforts, forest and habitat projects, and land and resource management planning. Garrett’s work focuses on field data collection, GIS mapping, and project support to assist with planning and implementation. He has completed collegiate coursework and maintains archaeological training certification.
