Christine Lee-McKinney

Christine grew up in rural Scott Valley, California, surrounded by beautiful mountains, where she developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors that has continued throughout my life and career. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from Oregon State University.
She has a professional background in silviculture and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) planning. She worked for 13 years as a Planning Forester on the Deschutes National Forest in Bend, Oregon where she gained extensive experience in forest management and environmental planning. After returning to Northern California, she worked on the Klamath National Forest as a NEPA Planner.
Christine recently joined the team at Shasta Resource Conservation District and looks forward to continuing work in land stewardship and natural resource management in the region.
