Highway 89 Fuel Break

SVRCD is partnering with the Shasta Trinity National Forest, CalFire, and CalTrans to develop a cross boundary fuel break along Highway 89.

The project will build upon work already completed by the Mount Shasta Fire Safe Council, Shasta Trinity National Forest, CalTrans, and private industrial timberland owners to develop a fuel break along the entire Highway 89 corridor in Siskiyou County.
